AbCRO Inc., founded in 2000, is an American owned and managed Clinical Research Organization (CRO) operating in Central and Eastern Europe which provides clinical trials services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Currently, AbCRO has six offices in Eastern Europe and is working on additional expansion plans in the region. The co-founders, Dana A. Leff, MBA, and Christa Pleasants, RN, along with Malgorzata Szerszeniewska, MD are the Senior Managers involved in day-to-day operations of the organization. AbCRO's full-time local staff of over 150 professional employees manage site selection, clinical trial start-up, all necessary approvals by local Regulatory Authorities, monitoring, and overall clinical trial conduct.
