The firm negotiates with state & federal taxing authorities. We also litigate in the U.S. Tax Court. Our accounting department offers tax preparation services for individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, including preparation and filing of delinquent tax returns. We provide a full range of payroll & sales tax services as well as bookkeeping.
