- Establishing and strengthening relationship with existing and new customers to enable future bookings - Achieving individual revenue goals and budget goals - Dealing with group and event requests - Close cooperation with Operations departments (F&B, Banqueting, FO, Kitchen) - Ensure proper billing/Invoicing and contracts for event business - Preparation of commercial proposals - Managing and controlling of Event Sales Coordinators - Group and event reservations system handling (Opera) - Key accounts management - Analysis of results of sales activities and action plans adjustment as required targeting maximizing revenue for segment

- Manages marketing budget throughout year - Drive Social media platforms and web site of the hotel (Facebook, Instagram) - Develops brochure and property collateral materials - POS materials approval - Prepare ad-hoc presentations and sales materials - Hotel promotion - Tracks return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising - Works with media buyer to plan and execute advertising - Provides all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in the sales and marketing of the property - Preparation of commercial proposals - Preparation of tender documentation and other financial documentation - Press releases preparation - Work with mass-media

Communication with clients, handling with clients' comments, maintenance and development of clients' loyalty programs Analysis on clients' comments data Analysis on quality results Check and maintenance of the company standards and service quality.

- Takes reservations over the phone or internet, and handles all associated operations; - Visa Support making; - Selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from the incoming calls and coordinating details of reservations for all Hotel Rooms - Work with Opera system (reservations, reports making)
