- Lead the QA Department (42 employees, including physical-chemical and microbiological laboratory; 5 direct reporters). - Develop and implement quality assurance system according to the international food safety standard IFS and Hochland Group reguirements. - Pass the official certification IFS audit on an annual basis, the last result was 98,88% (max 100%). - Organize and conduct internal audits in order to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the IFS standard and Hochland Group. - Implement suppliers` development program; conduct suppliers` audits. - Deploy and maintain food safety policies and programs like HACCP, GMP’s, sanitation, food defence, pest control. - Develop a coordination management system for specifications of raw materials, packaging and finished products. - Develop and keep under control the quality control plan for incoming raw materials, technological process and final products parameters. - Ensure correct execution of physical, chemical and microbiological analysis in the internal laboratory. - Implement sensory panel to control the sensory parameters of currently produced final products and also to evaluate the testing samples of new products from R&D. - Keep under control the legislation aspect: coordinate the labelling procedure, declarations and technical conditions development for the final products. - Deal with the local authorities Rospotrebnadzor, Rosselhoznadzor; pass the official audits from their representatives. - Coordinate two branch plants in Russia; support and consult local quality managers in terms of quality system implementation. - Communicate with the central function of Hochland Group regarding quality policies and guidlines. - Develop and conduct training programs for production staff. - Develop Complaints and Crisis management system. - Keep under control the budget and propose forecasts for quality assurance according to corporate guidelines; ensure compliance of actual costs with the budget. - Manage the work of Quality Department`s employees by setting goals and objectives, controlling their achievement and planning continuous development. - Organize regular reporting on quality issues.

- Lead QA department (18 people, 3 direct reporters). - Develop and implement Quality Assurance system according to AIB standard and Danone Group requirements. - Prepare the plant for the official certification AIB audit on an annually basis; conduct internal audits. - Implement suppliers` development program. - Provide business with updated legislation changes, control the legal aspects of product liability. - Guarantee correct execution of physical, chemical and microbiological analysis according to the state regulations and group methodology. - Ensure alignment with the state and group sanitary and food safety requirements; develop and implement sanitary and cleaning policies; adopt and implement food safety procedures. - Manage the quality control system of finished product. - Coordinate industrial projects assigned for quality improvement and elimination of food safety risks. - Organize regular reporting on quality issues. - Communication with central function of Danone Group regarding quality policies. - Develop and conduct training programs for production staff. - Keep under control the budget of quality department.
