- Analyzing the organization's regulations and operations to check consistency with HSE procedures and protocols; - Observation and examination of operations, safety measures and waste management systems of the organization and evaluation of the threat it poses to the life of workers and environment; - Check that the Permit to Work (PTW) Procedure is followed on the site; - Opening, closing, annulment Permits in PTW Register; - Data preparation for integrated PTW SIMOPS in gas hazard zone TOAZ (ammonia, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, methanol) . - Add details to Work Method Statement; - Verifies the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, prepares any revisions; - Introduction of guidelines to organization to check and combat the risks arising from performing hazardous operations; - Working out precautionary and safety measure plans to help workers prevent accidents; - Updating and carrying out training programs for employees on operating machinery safely, disposing waste materials safely, handling toxic and hazardous materials responsibly, and responding to emergencies promptly; - Provide HSE trainings (BSI, Fire safety BSI, Environmental BSI, Accommodation BSI; special trainings: PTW, SIMOPS operations, BBS, JSAs, LOTO, Confined Space, Lifting Operation, Work at Height, Drops objects, Excavation work, first AID, Defensive Driving, Gas Sampling, Detection and Testing); - Update HSE training matrix; - Organize HSE training; - Experience in conducting manufacturing activities overview and suggest cut-down in order to restrict harming the sustainability of the environment; - Experience in encouraging and facilitating sustainability programs developed by the management; - Experience in generating and supporting data related to sustainability of projects and using them for analysis and strategies

- Arrange and carry out training of personnel (under Customer’s programs and internal Halliburton’s programs), update databases and the training register; - To organize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSE Training activities on site; - To organize, coordinate HSE drills on the site; - To check that the LOTO Procedure, SIMOPS Procedure is followed inside agreed work area (high pressure hazard, nitrogen hazard); - Take part in incident investigations, submit information, collect explanatory reports, other investigation materials; - Prepare documentation on occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection, and to grant work authorizations at Customer’s construction installations; - Keep necessary documentation on occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection in compliance with coordinated deadlines; - Cooperate with Rostechnadzor on certification of specialists and border control authorities;

- Check that the Permit to Work (PTW) Procedure is followed on the site; - To check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed; - To organize, plan and participate in periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective action; - To co-operate with the Client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits; - To organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, identify corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence;

- Check that the Permit to Work (PTW) Procedure is followed on the site; - Opening, closing, annulment Permits in PTW Register; - Data preparation for integrated PTW SIMOPS CPC explosive fire hazard zone (hydrogen sulfide). - Performs the Job Safety Analysis (JSA); - Add details to Work Method Statement; - Verifies the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, prepares any revisions; - Checks that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed; - To perform and or promote the indoctrination / training of personnel;

- Conduct all internal trainings and briefings - Regularly visit construction facilities and construction site (80% of working time at the working place) to solve a wide spectrum of issues related to safe conditions of activities - Monitor and prevent violations in the area of environmental protection and make reports on detection/elimination of environmental observations
